Help Desk is typically a service contract combining virtual and remote support with contracted on-site presence. On-site support can range from one to five days per week. We agree on the people, systems, requests, and coverage included in your service.
The Virtual Office and remote Help Desk are staffed Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM Eastern Time. During staffed hours, staff can connect with a live technician over video in 30 seconds or less. Your service contract defines the coverage schedule for your organization.
Yes. We agree on the requests Suzor handles, the responsibilities your team keeps, and how we hand work between teams. Contracted on-site presence gives that relationship time in your buildings as well as remote support.
