Suzor IT — SMS Communications Policy

Suzor IT sends SMS messages to customers for the following purposes:

- Help desk ticket updates (status changes, resolution confirmations, requests

for additional information)

- Scheduled maintenance and service interruption notices

- Appointment confirmations and on-site arrival notifications

- Account or invoice notifications

How customers opt in

Customers consent verbally to receive SMS during phone-based support

interactions. When a customer contacts Suzor IT support by phone, the

representative asks whether the customer would like to receive text-message

updates related to the support request. Consent is documented in the customer

record at the time of the call.

Message frequency

Frequency varies. Most customers receive fewer than 4 messages per month.

High-touch active engagements may receive more.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any Suzor IT message to receive instructions, or contact

support at [support phone number] or [support email].

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Suzor IT message at any time to stop receiving SMS. You

will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be

sent.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for
