[ Case 01 · Regional K-12 district ]
East Coast · 22 buildings
A 22-building Wi-Fi rebuild over one summer.
The challenge
Aging controllers, dead zones in half the classrooms, and a network that fell over every state-testing week. The only acceptable work window: the ten weeks between the last day of school and August PD.
What we did
Heat-mapped surveys in spring, hardware staged by building, and rotating crews through the summer, with a cutover checklist per building and documentation handed to the district as each one closed out.
“We came back from August PD to a network that just worked. That was new.”
[ Case 02 · County sheriff’s office ]
East Coast · 140 staffClosing a CJIS audit finding in 47 days.
The challenge
A state audit surfaced eleven findings across network segmentation, access control, and documentation gaps, with a remediation deadline and a dispatch operation that could not go down for a minute of it.
What we did
Segmented the network, rolled out MFA, rebuilt evidence storage, and rewrote the documentation in the auditor’s own framework, all in planned overnight windows, with dispatch never offline.
“We needed someone who could fix it without disrupting operations. They did.”

[ Case 03 · Regional K-12 district ]
East Coast · 3 merged tenants
From shared inboxes to a real identity model.
The challenge
Three districts merged into one, and three tenants, shared logins, and a licensing bill nobody could reconcile came with it. Staff couldn’t tell which account to use; finance couldn’t tell what they were paying for.
What we did
Designed a single identity model, migrated the tenants over school breaks, retired the shared inboxes, and ran a license audit that matched every seat to a person.
“We were paying for licenses we couldn’t account for. Now the spreadsheet matches the bill.”
