This policy applies to the public website and website-related inquiries. It does not govern information we process while delivering services to a client organization. Client data is handled under the applicable service agreement, data-protection terms, and legal or regulatory requirements.

If we offer an online employment application, we may also collect employment-related information, links, a cover letter, and a résumé.
- Inquiry source information. When you submit the contact form, we collect the page where the form was submitted, the referring page, and campaign parameters in the URL, such as UTM values. We use this information to understand which outreach led to an inquiry, not to build an advertising profile.
- Technical and security information. Our website and hosting providers may automatically receive standard request information, including an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, response status, and error details. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the site.

Support demonstrations and interactive tools
The support storyboards shown on this site are scripted demonstrations. They do not accept or transmit visitor messages.
If we make an interactive website assistant available, messages may be processed by our cloud and artificial-intelligence service providers to generate a response and prevent abuse. The assistant may use a random browser-storage identifier to maintain a conversation between visits. Do not submit student records, criminal-justice information, protected health information, passwords, security credentials, or other confidential or regulated information through a public website assistant. We will update this policy and provide an in-product notice before enabling conversation storage or any materially different use of assistant data.
How we use information

- respond to, route, and keep a reasonable record of inquiries;

Serving K–12 organizations does not make this public website a student-data system; student information handled for a client is governed by that client relationship and its applicable requirements.
