This Privacy Policy explains how Suzor IT, LLC ("Suzor IT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit https://www.suzorit.com or contact us through this website.

This policy applies to the public website and website-related inquiries. It does not govern information we process while delivering services to a client organization. Client data is handled under the applicable service agreement, data-protection terms, and legal or regulatory requirements.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. A contact or procurement inquiry may include your name, work email, organization, role, topic, service interest, phone number, message, and any other information you choose to send. If we offer an online employment application, we may also collect employment-related information, links, a cover letter, and a résumé.
  • Inquiry source information. When you submit the contact form, we collect the page where the form was submitted, the referring page, and campaign parameters in the URL, such as UTM values. We use this information to understand which outreach led to an inquiry, not to build an advertising profile.
  • Technical and security information. Our website and hosting providers may automatically receive standard request information, including an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, response status, and error details. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the site.
  • Direct communications. If you email, call, or text us, we receive the contact information and content involved in that communication. Our use of customer SMS communications is also described in our SMS Policy.

Support demonstrations and interactive tools

The support storyboards shown on this site are scripted demonstrations. They do not accept or transmit visitor messages.

If we make an interactive website assistant available, messages may be processed by our cloud and artificial-intelligence service providers to generate a response and prevent abuse. The assistant may use a random browser-storage identifier to maintain a conversation between visits. Do not submit student records, criminal-justice information, protected health information, passwords, security credentials, or other confidential or regulated information through a public website assistant. We will update this policy and provide an in-product notice before enabling conversation storage or any materially different use of assistant data.

How we use information

We use website information to:

  • respond to, route, and keep a reasonable record of inquiries;
  • evaluate service, procurement, partnership, and employment requests;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • measure the source and effectiveness of our outreach;
  • detect fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and others.

We do not use website inquiries to create advertising profiles or enroll people in unrelated bulk marketing without their request or consent.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Providers that support website hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, email delivery, communications, and related business operations may process information on our behalf and under appropriate restrictions.
  • Professional advisers and business changes. We may disclose information to legal, accounting, insurance, or other advisers, or as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
  • Legal, safety, and security reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, systems, or the public.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

As of the effective date above, this public website does not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioral advertising pixels, or a production analytics platform. The site records source and campaign information only when a visitor submits the contact form. If we add analytics or other non-essential browser storage, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required for that technology.

Retention

We retain inquiries, related correspondence, and recruiting records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our systems. Technical and security records are retained according to operational need and provider settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to limited backup, legal-hold, and recordkeeping requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the public contact form only for ordinary business inquiries.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website inquiry. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. Email hello@suzorit.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Children and student information

This website is intended for adults evaluating or managing technology services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided information here, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Serving K–12 organizations does not make this public website a student-data system; student information handled for a client is governed by that client relationship and its applicable requirements.

External links

This site may link to websites operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
