Students and teachers must know and trust the person they contact for support when a technical issue arises. This is why we assign team members to School buildings. This means you will get the same tech(s) in-person daily. Our team builds relationships and seamlessly integrates into your school community.

DIRECTOR OF IT

Getting an I.T. infrastructure and support model in place that meets the needs of your classroom is half the battle. Our Director of IT manages the department’s deliverables and guides your school leadership team. As a Superintendent or school leader, you will no longer need to spend time on HR issues regarding IT (hiring, performance issues, etc.), and you will no longer need to guess if that new camera system or software application is the right solution.

  • Our team is an in-person model first. You can expect a Help Desk Tech in your school building daily and your Director of IT to attend leadership meetings, regular 1:1 check-ins with you, etc. Our team does have remote support available as well when on-site support needs additional expertise.

  • Our Virtual Office is an online platform your teachers & students can go to get a Live Tech over video or chat instantly! For example, when a student forgets their password, teachers can send them to the Virtual Office through our website instead of sending them out of class to find the I.T. office, in turn increasing time on learning.

  • No. Our services are a flat rate (just like a salaried employee). We do not sell hardware or software, just like an in-house IT department does not. Instead, we manage the procurement process on behalf of your school. We will request vendor bids and work with your finance team to select the winning bidder.

  • We do! In collaboration with the finance department, we will ensure the I.T. budget meets the needs of your school. We can do this without a conflict of interest because we do not sell hardware or software and have no financial incentive to budget more or less for I.T. projects.

  • Our smallest School is less than 100 students, where our largest school has just over 6,000 students. Our model works well with small community schools (less than 7,500).
